Phyllis Carter-Riles, RN founded Phyllis C. Riles LLC, where Phyllis C. Riles Consulting is its premier program. She lives by her mantra, “Healthcare is KINGDOMCARE. “The influence of the Kingdom will be felt through all of her programs as she bridges the gap between healthcare and KingdomCARE. She is the self-proclaimed, “Kingdom Nurse.”

The author of 5 books, the Clean Paws Are Safe Paws trilogy, and Healthcare and the Church: A Shared Focus and its companion workbook, Becoming a Health Focused Church, Phyllis uses her gift to communicate to develop programs and curriculum that engage and encourage interaction with people of all ages and walks of life. Phyllis’ love for children began over 33 years ago as a Labor and Delivery nurse. As she reflects on the beginning of her career and helping families to bring new members into the world, she realizes that those early days were the commencement of her life as a nurturer and supporter of children.

She happily accepts “the assignment” to help parents build HAPPY, HEALTHY, CONFIDENT children! A certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and Board-certified Infection Preventionist (CIC), Along with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Health Administration (MHA) degrees, Phyllis applies process improvement and infection prevention principles to create programs that are informative, transformative, and fun!
